Description
透過外出活動，讓院友持續與社區接觸，增加與社會連繫，讓院友保持活躍。是次活動會陪同院舍長者外出前住附近的公園及商場，接觸外界以及進行互動活動。
上午11:00為活動簡介及推輪椅訓練(如本身已認識輪椅操作可不用參與是節訓練)
義工陪同長者外出參與公園+商場遊活動，活動須協助推輪椅陪同長者參與活動
