Description

1. 上門探訪關懷長者。 2. 與他們傾談, 以示關心。 3. 為他們量血壓及血糖(護士/學護負責)。 4. 幫長者執藥盒, 並提醒他們食藥時要注意的事項。 5. 送禮物給長者 (本會會代購, 以確使禮物一致)。 6. 有需要時, 協助服務前準備 (可在家中完成)
