Excel 基礎操作：需要懂得使用 Excel 進行數據統計和分析. 溝通技巧：良好的溝通技巧，以便與義工和團隊成員合作. 時間管理：能夠有效管理時間，按時完成任務. 成為長期群組管理員：每半年將獲發電子感謝狀，以表彰您的貢獻和奉獻精神

- 共享食物基金是一個稅務豁免慈善團體，成立於2015年，旨在減少食物浪費並將可食用的剩食分配給有需要的人士。該基金透過與各界合作伙伴合作，從街市、食肆等地收集剩食，經過篩選後分發給長者、低收入家庭等弱勢社群。相關食物回收項目截至2024年12月，已回收超過11,275,709公斤食物，惠及逾990萬人次。義工們2025年2月份在大圍、馬鞍山、火炭、大埔、粉嶺、將軍澳、元朗、土瓜灣、紅磡、銅鑼灣、尖沙咀共十一個地區進行回收麵包及飯盒分享行動，合共收到5527個麵包和350個飯盒，總重量1,162.68公斤，惠及3,778人次。 1. 社交平台和溝通工具：透過WhatsApp群組等平台，保持與義工的聯繫，傳達最新活動資訊。2. 數據統計工具：提供Google Sheets作為線上試算表工具，讓義工能夠與他人實時合作，進行數據統計和分析。這個工具免費且適合遠程工作。3. 培訓和支持：提供基本的培訓和支持，讓義工能夠有效地執行任務，並提升個人組織和溝通能力。4. 志同道合的社交圈：讓義工結識志同道合的朋友，擴闊社交圈子。
