參加者必須完成18小時的訓練課堂、6小時的義工服務及2小時的社區服務參觀。完成課程後，參加者可以: a.獲得「精神健康急救(關懷長者版)」之修業證書 b.獲得香港大學發出的「樂齡友里」義工嘉許證書 c.成為義工大使，協助及推廣成人精神健康
