關掉冷氣、出門深深呼吸一口新鮮空氣！用 8,000 步解鎖你的低碳 Social CV✨
鼓勵每一個人走出你的家、在戶外深呼吸一口新鮮空氣，用你的步伐親自減少城市碳排放。你的每一球腳步依然充滿力量，你正在為地球帶來改變！🌍
🔌 室內高耗能娛樂： 香港建築物的冷氣是全港用電量（碳排放）的頭號元兇。當你選擇走出房間、關掉家中的大冷氣和電器，來到海濱吹海風，這本身就是一個「零耗電、零碳排」的最佳娛樂替代方案！
🚌 綠色出行替代： 挑戰期間的 8,000 步，鼓勵你用雙腿代替坐一兩站小巴、巴士或的士，直接省下了一次燃油車工具的燃油碳排放。
【🔥 挑戰 】
1. 🏃♂️ 好好散步： 連續 3 天，每天給自己一個理由關燈出門，每天利用雙腿達成 8,000 步。
2. 📸 記錄與捕捉： 打開手機健康 App 截圖連續 3 天的步行數據，並拍下一張你在路上看見的自然風景、社區角落（或你用雙腿代替坐車的路線）。
3. 📤 上載分享： 將數據截圖與風景照一同上載至Whatsapp，我們將確認15分鐘的服務紀錄。請預留至少 3 個工作天以確認您的服務紀錄。
參加者可於 2026年6月1日-2026年6月30日 期間， 自行安排日期時間 ，完成任務和將數據截圖Whatsapp傳送至社職，我們將確認15分鐘的服務紀錄。每位義工每月僅能參與一次 服務。
