具熱誠及耐性，主要服務對象為長者，間中亦有中小學生
能獨立預備及教授，能提出內容建議，如藍染手巾班、手工皂班等。
義工透過工作坊，促進參加者的互動，建立快樂的課堂氣氛，彼此認識，從而提升參加者的身心健康。
