Description
透過引導式⾃然體驗活動，重新連結⾃我與⼤⾃然，一起⾛進寧靜的米埔濕地，放慢腳步、放鬆⾝⼼，重新感受與⼤⾃然相處的喜悅。在專業導師的帶領下，參加者將透過多種感官探索濕地環境、享受靜⼼與覺察的時刻，並深化與⾃然的連結，重拾平靜與專注。活動後將會進行淨灘活動，體驗大自然之美。
日期：2026年7月27日(星期一)
時間：13:00-17:30
地點： 米埔⾃然保護區 (鑽石山站集合)
服務日期：2026年9月5日(星期六)
服務時間：10:00-14:00

- 1. 參加者穿著舒適的遠足鞋，切勿穿著色彩鮮豔的衣服。 2. 米埔訪客中心設有飲水機。本活動鼓勵源頭減廢，請參加者自備水樽。 3. 帶備防蚊用品、消毒洗手液／手巾、防曬用品、帽、雨衣／雨傘、個人藥物等。 4. 如有需要，請帶備雨衣或雨傘。 5. 盡可能自備望遠鏡。 6. 參加者於活動期間必須聽從職員及導師指示，以免發生危險。
