Description
Set up and provide event & visitor assistance at our PyCon Hong Kong 2026 on 14 Nov 2026. Pre-Event Setup & Logistics: Arrive early to unload supplies, complete inventory checks, transport swag boxes, banners, and equipment into the venue, set up registration desks, and assemble attendee swag bags before doors open. Registration & Hospitality: Greet participants, process digital check-ins, distribute lanyards/badges, and hand out official conference swag. Lecture Room Guiding & Track Support: Direct attendees to assigned lecture rooms, control room capacity, and assist room leads during talks. Helpdesk & General Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for attendee inquiries, manage foot traffic, and provide ad-hoc operational support across the venue. Post-Event Teardown & Logistics: Dismantle banners and backdrops, conduct final inventory counts, pack equipment into transport boxes, load materials onto transport, and restore the venue to clean condition

Among the 50+ PyCons hosted annually in various cities and countries worldwide, PyCon HK is proud to be one of them. We are in need of visual designs for our social media and website, these designs will also be crucial for our upcoming events promotions. A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event.
