- Mayaa is a Hong Kong-based volunteer organization supporting over 300 underprivileged children in Nepal through access to education, daily care, and long-term sponsorship.Over the years, information about the children has been recorded manually across multiple Excel files, making it difficult to track individual progress, identify children at risk, or manage sponsor relationships effectively.To improve our support and ensure no child is overlooked, we want to build a centralized database that brings all this information together in one structured, searchable, and automated system. This tool will help our local social workers follow up on each child more effectively, monitor education outcomes, and engage better with sponsors.This project is a critical step in strengthening our long-term impact in Nepal.
