- 有興趣的義工需要參與其中一次面談，以了解義工對於此服務的想法及過往的經驗，然後由本中心負責社工講解服務的背景及服務內容，增加義工對服務的認識。面談大約10-15分鐘。 完成面談後，義工需要參與6月逢星期四下午共6次的課堂， 1. 認識長者生理和心理、人際技巧 2. 認識長者常見疾病及基本急救原則 3. 人本照顧及認知障礙症相處 4. 體力處理操作及扶抱技巧 5. 實地考察 (前往東區醫院及柴灣環翠診所) 6. 講解行政及實習安排
