City & Guilds(英國倫敦城市學會)國際調配師課程證書：認識咖啡的種植、分級、烘焙丶品嘗丶常用咖啡製作方法和咖啡機操作等。同時參加長者義工服務，以無火煮食為主題，與長者製作特飲/小食，關心長者，歡度下午。事前約2次服務籌備日。
