Description
本會為註冊非牟利社會服務機構，一向積極推動社會服務事工，為社會上有需要的人士提供有益及多元化的社會服務，以效法基督愛眷，實踐全人關懷。
本會轄下服務中心共四間，包括一間青少年綜合服務中心、兩間長者鄰舍中心及一間幼兒學校，開支龐大，每年均需要自行籌募服務營運經費應付龐大開支。承蒙社會福利署批准本會將於2025年3月15日(星期六)上午7時至中午12時30分進行賣旗籌款 (許可證編號：FD/R081/2024)。是次善款主要用於「《孤長》開飯啦！」計劃，為假日行動不便的長者提供送飯服務，為弱老送上溫暖。
一般政府資助機構送飯服務只限平日，週日或假日長者們需自行安排。然而，若長者因體弱或發病而不能外出買餸煮飯時，兩餐便僅能靠乾糧或麵包充飢。有見及此，我們推展長者膳食派送計劃 ---「《孤長》開飯啦!」計劃，旨在於假日為長者提供營養飯餐及湯水。由「送飯步兵」(一群年屆50歲或以上的義工)負責送飯到戶服務，讓獨居長者得到溫飽，更讓壯長們持續貢獻社會。
是次賣旗日需要2000名義工，籌款目標為50萬元。素仰 貴學校一向熱心公益，積極支持社會服務。懇請 貴學校鼓勵義工參與本會的賣旗籌款活動，讓義工體驗服務社群的精神。本會將為義工購買保險，並致送參與證書。您的參與讓有需要長者能得到適切支援及幫助，讓一班長者假日「有飯開」。
