活動自1990年起於黃大仙區在端陽佳節前為獨居及兩老長者送上關懷及禮物。上門關懷探訪關注區內獨居及兩老長者的需要，同慶端午節日，鞏固社區支援網絡，共同建立一個愛與關懷的社區。

約1小時30分探訪4至5戶長者家庭
約15分鐘休息及檢討
