第1節：25-10-2024 (星期五) 下午
由青年義工分享健康生活資訊及物資，並派發予區內低收入長者及家庭，讓他們增加對健康生活的認識。
第2節：29-10-2024 (星期二) 上午
青年義工將與長者一起製作餃子，分享健康飲食資訊。青年義工將關心長者，增加跨代交流。

【以上所有活動都是香港青年協會荃灣青年空間進行。】
