Description
忘憂草單親家庭探訪計劃背景:
為年青或單親媽媽提供義工支援服務，藉著義工與家庭的互動分享及探訪讓參與計劃的媽媽得到支持、關懷，學習照顧孩子的技巧，正面的管教方法及發展正面的個人成長。
計劃目的:
•提供定期的一共探訪、電話聯絡、分享、指導及關懷年青/單親媽媽的情緒需要
•指導年青/單親媽媽學習正面和非暴力的教養方法使兒童在安全及良好的環境下茁壯成長
•協助年青/單親媽媽學習正面自我成長知識，幫助其發展正面及積極的人生
•協助年青/單親媽媽及其家庭建立支持網絡，並認識社會上不同的資源
服務對象:
1. 年青/單親媽媽及子女
2. 申請家庭必須經本會社工評估，以決定是否適合成爲此計劃支援之家庭
義工資格:
-年齡十八歲或以上，有工作經驗更佳
-有照顧兒童經驗及知識
-能書寫及理解中文
-能操流利廣東話
-對弱勢社群有承擔，願意委身服務有需要家庭
-願意成為有需要家庭同行義工至少一年
-願意接受專業訓練及督導
-參加義工必須經過甄選及接受本會提供的訓練課程
如欲退出服務，可向負責該服務的職員提出。
義工服務內容:
- 提供每月至少一次的家庭探訪
- 定期以電話關顧受訪家庭
- 提供育兒資訊
- 舉辦親子活動
- 由專業人士提供正面管教及育兒家居安全意識講座
- 介紹社區資源
