Description
Coordinate and support overall logistics at our dance event on 8 Feb 2026. Event is on 8 Feb 2026 10am - 6pm at Lohas Park Community Hall (康城社區會堂). Volunteers are expected to support the event from 12 - 6 pm (Assigned leader to arrive at 11:30am). Please indicate your interest and experience when applying for the role, we will arrange your team accordingly:. Stage team - Assist stage lighting and sound to ensure smooth performance. Background team - Follow the show order, urge the team to prepare early; communicate and coordinate with all performing groups. Human Management Team - Arrange the seating plan (Physical work is required to carry the chairs around); Assist with crowd control, ensuring safe environment for audience and performers. Logistics Team - Assist and support the smooth operation of each group, responsible for volunteer lunch. Certificate and brochure will be given to all volunteers as a token of appreciation

Through this event platform, a group of people interested in art, dance, stage, and events is gathered. To get to know each other and create opportunities for cooperation. Dance groups from schools and community will share the joy of dancing.
