Description
在香港這個高齡化的社會下，香港長者的心理健康值得闔關注。「賽馬會樂齡同行計劃」現為長者訂立一個義工培訓課程, 透過課程幫助社區內高危或有抑鬱風險的長者, 增強個人面對晚晴挑戰所需的適應能力。修畢課程後3個月內需以以下形式提供6小時的義工服務, 完成後可獲由香港大學社會工作及社會行政學系頒發的「樂齡友里」義工證書 乙份。
