The program will host a series of seminars aimed at enhancing participants' understanding of cultural inclusion and promoting diversity in society. Below are the details of the seminars:
Topic: Inclusion and Equity: Connecting health services for multicultural communities
Outline:
- Sharing on the daily lives of multicultural communities
- Introduction on the barriers to utilize the health system and accessing health information of MC communities
- Introduction to HIA MC services in both hub and community pharmacy
- Case examples on how HIA MC services facilitate MC communities to cope with the barriers to healthcare services or health information
- Challenges of local workers in providing MC services
