Remarks
  • Help us grow Make It Better (MIB)'s online community! We're an initiative supporting Hong Kong children from low-income backgrounds and with special educational needs. We have recently launched bilingual (CHI and ENG) social media accounts across Instagram and Facebook to promote our services. We would like to utilise the accounts to develop local awareness and understanding of the programme and its benefits.MIB works in local schools and community centres to offer children a free weekly programme of expressive arts groups designed to build self-esteem, confidence, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills. MIB also supports teachers, social workers, and caregivers of these children by introducing them to the therapeutic benefits of art. MIB is open to children, kindergarten and primary ages with diagnosed or suspected special educational need (SEN). We recruit our beneficiaries through schools and community centres that serve nine districts in Hong Kong. We also work with the primary caregivers and the professionals at the schools and centres. Images, branding, topical guidelines and access to our Canva Pro account will be provided.
