Description

Minimum commitment:
2 working days per week, at least 10 weeks ( 16-20 working days), work remotely after training.
Orientation & training will be scheduled on Friday in the Taikoo Office.
Duties:
- Assist NGO partners in navigating and utilizing the Social Career Platform effectively.
- Enhance Volunteers' experience.
- Co-ordinate SC initiative volunteering events (Indoor/outdoor)
- Manage and recruit volunteers through the Social Career portal, Whatsapp, and phone for SC initiative volunteering events.
- Lead and support the full operation of events ( including Administrative & logistic support)
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Passionate and outgoing personality
- Patient
- Able to support on weekdays/weekends if necessary
Duration of Support:
-The minimum commitment is 2 working days per week, combining office, outside, and remote work. Weekend duty may be required.
The internship program duration is a minimum of 10 weeks ( 16-20 working days).
- Flexibility in scheduling arrangements will be discussed to accommodate hybrid working options.
