教授長者基本飛鏢技巧，促進其身心健康及社交互動. 帶領約1.5小時飛鏢活動，教授長者基本姿勢、握鏢及投擲技巧. 協助設計簡單練習或小遊戲，提升長者參與感及學習興趣. 留意長者安全，提供適切指導與鼓勵. 活動時間可再議

- 本會近月推行「樂心飛鏢齊齊玩」活動，發現飛鏢能有效提升長者手眼協調、專注力及自信心，亦促進社交互動。不少長者由最初缺乏信心，到逐漸投入並享受其中。我們希望持續發展此活動，讓更多銀髮族受惠。 本會將提供活動場地、基本飛鏢設備及長者支援，並由職員在場協助流程及安全。義工可專注教學及互動，我們亦會提供活動建議及基本指引，協助義工順利帶領活動。
