由黃大仙社區中心乘旅遊巴出發至上水河上鄉-竹穴，皆時將由場地及其負責帶領活動，活動內容主要為三代家庭合作活動(長者, 家長, 小朋友)，中心亦有兩名社工協助，義工主要協助活動進行。
