- 1. 完成培訓後，服務機構會安排於2月27日或3月6日晚上 (時間再個別安排，小組演練約1.5小時) 進行評估 2. 參加者必須在一個能保障被關顧對象私隱及電話接收訊號良好的環境進行通話 3. 必須參加至少五節培訓，費用全免，學習聆聽技巧及認識SENS家庭 4. 通過評估後方可開展服務，服務日期、時間及地點由義工自行安排，並在之後六個月電話跟進兩位家長，為他們打氣
