Description
Offer financial admin support and oversee our financial transactions and records. Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our objectives and organization . Oversee and assist organisational budget and financial report preparation. Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions and bank records in QuickBooks. Maintain organised financial records, including invoices, receipts, payment forms, and supporting documents. Prepare payment forms and cheques for review and authorisation. Process invoices and reimbursement claims, checking that the required documentation is complete
