為有需要的同學及家長提供全面的升學資訊、專業的情緒輔導、與及個人化的升學及就業意向輔導服務。 與此同時，本社為有志成為放榜輔導熱線輔導員的熱心人士，提供適切的證書培訓課程，藉以鼓勵更多社會上人士參與義務服務工作外，更讓未來投入教育或青年工作的人士提供實踐及學習機會
