Description
香港社會服務聯會獲星展基金會贊助，推出為期3年的「樂齡展耀通」計劃，為健康狀況多樣化的長者提供各種樂齡科技應用及介入服務，以協助他們進行健康規劃與管理。
為應對長者因機能退化而出現的💢跌倒危機，計劃將✅免費為長者進行5分鐘的跌倒風險評估，讓他們及早識別問題，提高預防效果。
義工將協助運用樂齡科技器材，為社區長者進行5分鐘的跌倒風險評估，並簡單講解報告內容，以讓長者了解自身情況，及早作出預防。
