Description
透過一系列培訓活動與職場體驗訓練溝通協作等能力，結合互動工作坊，幫助青年發掘個人強項，並根據興趣與能力，體驗多樣化的職務：活動籌備帶領、活動攝影、司儀、人流管理，接待與行政支援等。由社工擔任「個人發展計劃」師友，引導反思目標，開啟人生規劃，助學員更認識自己與工作世界。表現優秀的學員更可獲嘉許證書 / 推薦信。

以下為核心活動日期及時間，請學員盡可能出席，如學員有七成出席可獲得嘉許證書：
小組面試：7月3日(五)或7月9日(四) 5PM至6:15PM；
Kickoff：7月10日(五) 4PM至7:30PM；
首次個人發展面談：7月2日 至 7月10日；
第二次個人發展面談：8月17日至8月27日（一對一約見20至30分鐘）；
職場體驗：7月13日 至 8月14日（週一至五，每星期選一天）；
暑期匯演：8月29日(六) 10AM至6PM；
分享展覽：9月5日(六) 10AM至6PM；
活動總結：9月6日(日) 10AM至2PM
學員可以免費額外活動：「築夢」分享、青年司儀訓練、「鄰舍第一」服務，詳情可參考以下活動日子，你可以按橙色手掌的圖案，登入後在月曆版面長按你想報名的日子，方可揀選日子。
