關於心齋橋友伴計劃：
「心齋橋友伴計劃」是一項由臨床心理學家、教育心理學家及社工一同舉辦，專為6至24歲受情緒困擾的青少年設計的友伴計劃，旨在促進不同年齡層之間的連結與支援。透過同輩或與大專生之間的交流，促進彼此心理健康，提升自我認識與社交能力，並構建一個互相支持的安全空間。
1) 計劃目標：
－為朋輩員提供精神健康相關領域的服務機會；
－幫助朋輩員學習精神健康知識（如情緒管理、簡單危機處理等）；
－提升朋輩員的溝通與人際交往能力；
－讓朋輩員在與學員結伴同行的過程中互相學習，共同成長。
2) 計劃內容：
時期：2025年6月至12月（活動集中於7月至8月）。
朋輩員要求：18-24歲大專生
朋輩員服務內容：每位朋輩員將配對1－4位學員，一同參與及舉辦一系列精神健康活動，建立信任和支持的關係，並透過活動促進成長與交流。
出席時數：60小時或以上，完成友伴計劃並達到出席時數的朋輩員將獲發證書或嘉許狀。
