青年義工網絡的「Project Connect」是一個為期2年的社區連結計劃，我們旨在動員義工，透過探訪、設計專屬義工服務及社區活動為居住在過渡性房屋的有需要家庭提供情感支援及其他生活支援，建立新的社區網絡及鄰里支援。第一階段我們正進行其中一個重點活動是恆常探訪服務，旨在透過義工探訪，為居民送上關懷。我們會定期更新探訪活動日詳情，請持續關注。【八月份渡性房屋探訪活動】日期：2026年8月15日 (星期六) 活動地點：「路德會七星薈」元朗八鄉錦泰路128號集合時間：下午2時00分時間：下午3時00分-下午6時00分 (暫定) 活動重點： (1) 簡介活動，學習探訪技巧 (2) 福袋包裝 (3) 入戶探訪，了解住戶的需要我們將於8月13日或之前以Whatsapp形式確認你的出席，為方便統一通知活動最新消息，屆時確認參加的義工會自動加入當天活動的工作群組，用於集體訊息通知。謝謝！ --------------------------------- 六、七月份渡性房屋探訪活動已順利完成！
