Description
透過一系列培訓活動與職場體驗，參加者將增強溝通協作等能力。本計劃結合互動工作坊，如「築夢」系列，助學員發掘強項，並根據興趣與能力，體驗多樣化的職務例如活動籌備與帶領、活動攝影、司儀、人流管理、接待與行政支援等。本計劃由註冊社工擔任學員的Mentor，伴學員反思目標，開啟人生規劃，助學員更認識自己與工作世界。
核心活動時間如下：
一. 遴選面試：7月3日(四)或7月4日(五) 5:00pm-6:30pm [兩場面試二選一]
二. Kick-Off ：7月11日(五) 3:30pm-6:30pm
三. 職場體驗：7月14日至8月15日(一至五) 9:00am-6:15pm [每週當值一天]
四. 暑期匯演：8月23日(六)12:00pm-6:00pm
五. 活動總結#：9月5日(五) 6:00pm-9:30pm
六. 計劃結業禮：9月6日(六)10:00am-6:00pm
七. 迪士尼#：9月14日(日)10:00am-7:00pm
免費額外活動包括「築夢」工作坊#、「築夢」日營#、「鄰舍第一」服務

收費：$200 （會員價）
1. 參加者須先到summer.hkfyg.org.hk 報名，一經繳費，參加資格不能轉讓
2. 七成出席可獲得嘉許證書
3. 表現優秀者可獲推薦信
4. 如已參加面試但未能通過者，將獲退還報名費用
