Description

1. 上門探訪關懷長者。 2. 與他們傾談, 以示關心。 3. 為他們量血壓及血糖(護士/學護義工)。 4. 幫長者執藥盒, 並提醒他們食藥時要注意的事項(護士/學護義工)。 5. 義工買一份 $50 的禮物給長者。 6. 為了確使禮物的一致性和適合性, 本會會代購, 。 7. 報到時, 交付不會退回的 $50代購禮物費。 8. 有需要時, 協助服務前準備 (可在家中完成)。
