Description
Description: The environmental charity Redress will be running a secondhand pop-up shop to resale a small proportion of the collected clothes to contribute to the circular economy in Hong Kong and support Redress’ goal to reduce textile waste going to landfill.
Redress is recruiting volunteers to assist in setting up the venue.
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Helping set up the pop-up shop
2. Hanging, ironing and steaming clothes
Remarks:
1. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Please dress casually with closed-toe shoes and bring your own water bottle.
3. Redress staff may take photos to record the activity for the purpose of sharing and promoting the charity’s work. Please inform a staff member on-site if you are uncomfortable with being photographed.
**Please note that we do not accept group or company volunteers
