Description
計劃招募青少年為區內暑假期課餘託管小朋友提供適切支援服務，以大哥哥大姐姐的身份為有需要的小學生提供功課輔導，並協助導師進行活動。
有時候小朋友不想與家人分享心事，但卻願意與哥哥姐姐傾談、玩樂，相信透過大哥哥大姐姐的教導將對小朋友有很大的益處。在這此計劃幫助青少年與小朋友：重建自信及建立信任的關係，學懂溝通技巧及正面表達情緒的方法及全方位個人成長。
