Description
Help us translate our guidelines into 4 cohesive template sets to streamline our community outreach and reports. Join us for a 30-minute onboarding call to understand FCF's mission, our core visual restrictions (such as our strict green/purple palette rules), and specific content requirements. Set up an organized Canva Brand Kit, locking in designated typography (随心所欲/芫荽體 for warm community titles, 台北黑體/思源黑體 for high-readability body text, and Arial Black/Arial for English/numbers). Design and deliver 4 distinct social media templates (1:1 Square format) tailored to our 6 core content types, strictly adhering to the founding chairman's mandatory rule of placing the FCF logo at the very top (置頂):. Template A (Data-driven): For our regular 'Monthly Food Rescue Reports' (盛食月報) and institutional summaries. Template B (Event-driven): For 'Workshop Recruitments' (講座招募) and advocacy promos, featuring structured bottom layouts for logistics. Template C (Content-heavy): For cultural/educational carousels such as our '24 Solar Terms' (二十四節氣) food preservation series. Template D (Photo-driven): For 'Food Commons @ Shatin' (食享沙田) frontline rescue photos, utilizing legible overlays and handwriting-style titles. Structure and lock the elements appropriately in Canva so that our non-designer program team can swap text and images within 5 minutes without disrupting the visual alignment. Digital Certificate of Appreciation will be provided upon successful completion of the project

Remarks
- Food Commons Foundation (FCF) is an environmental NGO dedicated to food waste reduction and community food rescue in Hong Kong. As our digital outreach expands, our program teams regularly publish community updates, food rescue reports, and green living tips on social media. However, our team faces a bottleneck: we lack design-trained personnel, resulting in a high spending of time creating graphics from scratch. Furthermore, FCF operates under unique, strict institutional branding rules—such as a mandatory top-aligned logo placement across all promotional materials, and a distinct, high-contrast brand color palette (Green + Purple). To streamline our workflow and maintain institutional authority, we are seeking a passionate Canva Template Designer. You will help us translate our strict branding constraints into a series of versatile, locked, and systemized templates. This will empower our non-designer colleagues to generate consistent, aesthetically pleasing, and on-brand social media graphics in less than 5 minutes. To help you get started smoothly, FCF will provide a comprehensive onboarding package and continuous support throughout the project, including:• Established Brand Guidelines: Clear rules detailing our official fonts (e.g., Taipei Sans TC), strict logo placement protocols (top alignment), and specific color hex codes (Green + Purple).• Asset Pack: High-resolution versions of the FCF logo, specific vector borders, and pre-approved baseline icons.• Content Inventory: Sample text, data from past monthly food rescue reports, and real event photographs to use as realistic filler content for the templates.• Direct Communication: A designated point-of-contact from our Communications team to provide clear feedback and clarify technical boundaries within Canva. We respect your time and creative expertise; our goal is to give you all the raw materials needed so you can focus entirely on structural template layout and locking systems.
