Description
社會問題愈趨複雜，愈來愈多人患有不同程度的精神疾病，我們正需要關注精神健康的你，一起裝備如何應對抑鬱症、焦慮症及其他精神疾病，並推廣有關精神健康的訊息，讓有需要人士更能得到支援。
可免費修讀課程，又能獲得義工時數及津貼，更重要是有寶貴的助人經歷！
1. 裝備自己：精神健康急救課程
星期六下午 或 平日晚上，共4節 (日子及時間待定，有意參與者可先whatsapp 5580 2795或電郵hoiyi.cw@ssd.rhenish.org聯絡周姑娘)
*出席率達100% 可獲發證書
2. 服務社區：完成課程後鼓勵協助籌備及推廣精神健康服務 (日子及時間可商議)
*可計義工時數及會獲發義工津貼
