Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to assist in researching and gathering information on our upcoming program, "EMpower Your Future" (職場文化力培訓：開啟多元共贏未來). This initiative aims to enhance cultural competency and understanding between local students and ethnic minority (EM) communities in Hong Kong.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
◤Conduct research on the cultural skills needed for a diverse workforce.
◤Gather information about ethnic minorities in Hong Kong and their representation in the workforce.
◤Assist in developing resources and materials for the project.
◤Collaborate with team members to support the implementation of project activities.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
◤Strong research skills and attention to detail.
◤Strong communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
◤A passion for cultural diversity and inclusion.
◤Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
◤Availability for 2-3 working days per week for at least 5 weeks.
