Plan 3-4 projects based on our Theory of Change. Join us for a briefing to learn more about our organization and our projects. Volunteer will refine our draft Theory of Change, provide expert insights and suggestions. Work closely with our team to develop roadmaps for 3-4 projects based on the Theory of Change. The roadmaps should detail the following aspects: Project objectives, Key milestones, Stakeholder roles, Budget overview, Project phase, Activities, Risk and assumption assessment, and more

To enhance the planning and impact measurement of these projects, we are seeking a professional volunteer who is well versed in the Theory of Change. It is a powerful tool that provides a clear framework for understanding how and why a desired change is expected to happen in a particular context. By applying this theory, the volunteer will help us develop a road map for our projects, thereby improving the likelihood of successful project implementation and impact. A draft Theory of Change, information and details of each projects and specific guidelines.
