Description
本活動目標是促進跨代共融與身心健康。由長者義工教導青少年懷舊金曲，傳承文化、增強自信；青少年則帶領長者進行伸展運動，注入活力。特色在於「雙向互動、協力服務」：兩代人先互學互教，建立情誼後再一同前往安老服務單位， 透過合唱老歌與帶領運動，將學習成果轉化為社會服務，溫暖安老服務單位長者。
