Description
Provide support for special needs children at Christmas Celebration Event. Bilingual preferable (Chinese / English speakers). The event takes place on 10 Dec, 3:30 - 7:30pm, you will be taking charge of one child for the duration of the party. Join us for a online briefing to learn about the organization and event details. Make sure the social workers register their children and have tags on them . Participate in all the games with your child, don’t force them and let them play the games they enjoy . Help take care of all children's gifts as they may get very stressed if they lose their gifts. Feed the child dinner and don’t over fill the plates, you can always go back for seconds . Take them to the restroom as needed. Do not leave your child alone - if you need to go to the restroom yourself, please make sure you pass the child to one of the team members . Please do stay for the entire duration of the party or until your child has been collected by their social worker to go back on the buses . Engage with your child, make them feel loved and important, and make this a special Christmas for them!
