Description

靈實西貢家居照顧服務隊致力提供以家居為本的社區照顧服務，為區內60歲或以上，經「安老服務統一評估機制」評估後建議適合接受社區照顧服務或院舍照顧服務的體弱長者，提供一系列的照顧及支援服務，協助他們盡可能繼續居家安老，保持最佳活動能力；同時為照顧者提供各類支援和協助。現時中心服務的西貢區（包括將軍澳）長者，有部份是獨居或雙老獨居，除了缺乏日常支援外，亦會容易產生孤獨感。計劃希望能夠召集一群街坊成為社區關懷大使，在西貢區建立「社區鄰里」互助網絡。因此，如果你有對此感到有興趣、又願意定期探訪區內有需要長者，歡迎你加入敲敲門義工計劃，成為社區關懷大使。計劃詳情：誠邀西貢區（包括將軍澳）街坊成為義工日期：計劃至2027年3月31日服務對象：西貢區60歲或以上體弱長者聯絡電話：2174 8202（曾先生）
