「跨代樂融Hub」全健推動師訓練計劃 (第六期) - 由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金贊助，賽馬會乙明青年空間主辦。 - 提供樂齡運動教練證書課程，以「動」介入沙田長者探訪服務，鼓勵長者融入社區，推廣鄰舍精神。 *計劃可為參加者提供認可義工時數，於年度申請義工證書 *義工總出席率需達8成或以上，完成所有訓練及服務後，可獲樂齡運動教練課程證書。 *請於個人資訊欄填寫電話號碼，成功參加者將獲電話通知。
