Description
Plan, lead and execute the cats/dogs adoption event. Pre-event Coordination: Communicate with related shelters/volunteers to coordinate adoption day (mostly held on weekends) arrangements. Animal Data Compilation: Collect and organize information about the animals participating in the events for use during the activities. Online Promotion: Plan and instruct volunteers to support the post creations. Post-event Follow-up: Handle follow-up with adopters/shelters to ensure smooth adoptions. Volunteer Management: Ensure adequate volunteers are involved and support the events. Team Leadership: Lead other volunteers, ensuring the successful execution of adoption days while providing guidance and support. Venue Management: Identify and coordinate with venue providers on adoption day events
