Description
Seeking a professional event photographer with own gear to capture the kick-off ceremony. Greeners Action - Lai See Reuse and Recycle Program 2026 Kick-off Ceremony will be held on 27 Feb 2026 from 10:30-12:30 (You will be on site from 10:00 to 12:30). Proven track record of event/corporate photography experience. Please bring own equipment (full-frame camera, flash/off-camera lighting, backups). Deliver 5-10 high-resolution key photos for press release right after ceremony ends. Deliver full gallery (fully edited, color-corrected high-res photos) within 7 calendar days. Familiar with formal kick-off ceremony protocol and VIP photography (clean backgrounds, proper etiquette). Dress code: Smart black

- Greeners Action, an environmental non-profit organization in Hong Kong, will be hosting the Lai See Reuse and Recycle Program 2026 Kick-off Ceremony. It is a prestigious annual initiative to promote the reduction and reuse of lai see packets to cut carbon emissions and reduce production. There will be around 150 guests, green leaders, and media attending the ceremony, featuring award presentations. A pre-event briefing call will be arranged to familiarize you with the venue layout, detailed run-down, and key moments.
