訓練內容 : (一) 正向心理 1. 學習正面思維及良性溝通 2. 快樂七式，掌握個人快樂方程式 3. 在社區推行正向心理活動備註: 完成訓練，可獲「微笑大使」嘉許狀，並優先参與義工館安排的正向心理活動及服務。 (二) 長者服務 1. 掌握服務長者所需的知識及技能。 2. 引導長者快樂實踐居家健康活動。 3. 探訪長者為他們慶祝生日。長者服務詳情義工進行家訪，鼓勵獨居長者参與趣味的生活課，提升長者幸福感。除此義工協助長者進行網上遠程健康檢測，善用互聯網的資訊，進行保健活動。
