Description
計劃目的
基金計劃旨在為弱勢社群兒童提供更多個人發展機會，從而減少跨代貧窮。促進弱勢社群兒童的較長遠發展。基金透過「個人發展規劃」、「師友配對」及「目標儲蓄」三個主要元素，讓兒童從小培養儲蓄習慣、良好品格及正面的價值觀等。
每名參與計劃的義務友師，均會獲編配一至兩名孩子(小學三至六年級),助他們擴闊視野及建立自信和正面的處事態度，嚮導成長。
友師的基本責任
-每月與學員溝通或分享生活，給予支持和鼓勵，溝通形式不限。
-協助孩子在計劃首兩年訂立個人發展規劃。
-出席由營辦機構所舉辦的培訓活動及分享會。
-與學員共同出席不同主題活動，包括文化與藝術觀賞活動、著名景點遊覽及主題樂園等。
-在計劃不同階段向計劃營辦機構或學校回饋意見。
