Programme Highlights
The public lecture explores how scammers exploit human vulnerabilities and emotional responses, traces the psychological journey of victims, and unpacks the behavioural patterns and manipulation techniques commonly used by fraudsters. , and will also include a digital support station for seniors to provide on-site answers to their mobile phone operation questions and share fraud prevention knowledge.
