The PolyU Healthy Longevity Stufy Research Group under PolyU School of Nursing is pleased to organize the Community Health Day: Health Check and HPV Awareness. We cordially invite you to join our event, details are as below:

Certain tests may not be available due to personal health conditions or unforeseen circumstances. The Participant Information Sheet and further details will be sent to you by email once you have registered for your 30‑minute session. As this is a longitudinal study, by participating, you consent to being contacted again two years later.
