Description
香港社會服務聯會獲星展基金會贊助，推出為期3年的「樂齡展耀通」計劃，為健康狀況多樣化的長者提供各種樂齡科技應用及介入服務，以協助他們進行健康規劃與管理。
為應對長者因機能退化而出現的💢兩大危機，計劃將✅免費為長者進行5分鐘的跌倒風險評估及早期認知障礙評估，讓他們及早識別問題，提高預防效果。
樂齡科技體驗工作人員
🔸協助計劃宣傳及會員招募
🔸協助參加者登記及人流控制
🔸協助參加者使用樂齡科技，進行 (1)VR眼動認知障礙風險評估, (2)跌倒風險評估
🔸協助簡單講解評估報告（服務當日將提供簡單培訓）
🔸協助參加者填寫問卷及派發紀念品
🔺將由職員安排義工分組
