✨活動内容✨
(1) 透過 AI 律動及 VR/AR 運動遊戲(如VR劍擊等)，協助長者安全、輕鬆地參與運動，建立社交連結與幸福感。
(2) 提供青少年義工實務學習機會，透過參與 AESIR 樂齡科運會之義工服務，增強其對社區的歸屬感，並提升領導能力、跨代溝通技巧與服務長者的技巧。
訓練日期：13/3, 20/3 及 24/4/2026 (星期五,共3節)
時間：6:00pm-8:00pm
服務日期：21/3, 28/3 及 4月份（待定）
時間：9:00am-12:00nn
***參加者最少需出席 1 次 服務日***
地點：香港中華基督教青年會石硤尾會所及指定服務地點
對象：12-24歲中心會員
費用：$10
名額：8人(先到先得)
