本計劃將會有一系列訓練及實踐服務，培訓18－24歲之青年成為推廣精神健康和資訊科技的DIGITAL CONNECTOR 計劃內容豐富，費用全免培訓工作坊（合共約8小時）：設計思維訓練　數碼科技訓練　小組訓練　社會服務實踐（合共約17－20小時）：義工服務構思　籌辦長者工作坊　上門探訪　＊由10/2023-5/2024將每月定期有小組訓練及上門探訪服務＊
